It is almost a year since this game was released and I am back. It is still looking better than great and it is very smooth and intense.
In this play through I am taking great care not to kill any of the humans and I am attempting to get the happy ending – last time Artyom (your character) died. He must live this time, with Anna.
In the first section ‘Volga River’ Duke did survive this time which is a good indicator I am on the right tracks.
This game is also available on Xbox Game Pass which means I could load it without using the disk – I did buy the game on first release. All of the Metro games are well worth playing if you are looking for a true’ish post-nuclear war environment with tough enemies. Realistic weapons helps also.
