This game has taken me by surprise. Not because I have only just heard about it, but because when I started to play it, I have really enjoyed the game.
It has a story mode but I am not too far into this yet. Something has happened to the main character and you wake up after a crash with very little equipment and freezing weather. I struggled to survive the first night.
The Survival Mode is you in the environments trying to stay alive.
With wolfs and bears and little to defend yourself this game has some edgy and tense moments. Food, water, clothing and fire are all very important as well as a gun.
The look of the game is also stunning. With every turn of the corner looking like a new oil painting. So not realistic as some games I have shown here but still a great look and feel.
A small hut but it is a welcome sight in this game, warmth and possibly food or better warm clothes… ?A frozen lake with snow capped mountains.Sunsets on my first night, I need to find shelter in this town and quick.
Long time gamer (Doom 1993 and Myst 1993 among the first PC games) I have never lost the interest or the desire to explore landscapes (Skyrim, Dying Light) and craft (Minecraft, No Man's Sky) my way through worlds of different kinds. Even build homes in these landscapes (Fallout 4, No Man's Sky).
In recent years games and consoles have allowed players to take photos and video of their game play. This has allowed me to use these in game/console tricks to take photos of bizarre and strange new landscapes and share the wonderful with the world.
Kind regards... AI
